Brunet-Garcia – re:solve to Give Back to the Community

It is truly better to give than to receive.  This is the simple idea behind the re:solve program of Brunet-Garcia Advertising.  Through this unique grantmaking program, Brunet-Garcia is using its time and resources to help charitable organizations by offering pro-bono marketing, advertising and public relations services.  In its first year, the re:solve program received 60 applications and awarded four grants providing $80,000 in professional services.

The lucky 2011 winners were The PACE Center for Girls, which received a complete re-branding initiative and website re-design,  The Bridge of Northeast Florida and Cathedral Arts Project which each received newly designed and programmed websites and Family Promise of Northeast Florida which received an awareness campaign complete with coordinating collateral materials.

The services these nonprofit organizations received gave them the opportunity to better communicate their mission and goals to the public, which in turn will help attract new volunteers, donors and clients.

For their efforts to find a way to give much needed marketing and promotion services to the nonprofit community, Brunet-Garcia received The HandsOn Business Award at this year’s Celebrate!GOOD.
